Support assessments

Our concept for final assessments is adapted to businesses that carry out the recruitment process themselves, but who want a quality assurance of the final candidate(s). The final assessments are based on our understanding of the organization and a detailed profile of requirements that contains tasks, goals, characteristics and conditions for the current positions. We use ability/skill tests as well as personality tests as a basis for a thorough conversation with the current candidates. We then carry out both a background check and referral interviews before we prepare a candidate report for the client.
